Maria,Florencia, Rosa, Rosario, Don Perfecto, Gregorio y Consuelo
a las que por contrato de arrendamiento por 40 años, añadía las minas:
Hernán Cortés, Electra, Pascualita, El Camelo, San Luís y Esmeralda,
situadas en la Sierra de Baza en las estibaciones de Sierra Nevada, a las que añade la mina Emilita de mineral de cobre
